Petra

PetriPetra is an ancient city, a capital of Idumeia, and then is the National Kingdom. It’s located in the territory of modern Jordan, above 900 meters above sea level, in the narrow canyon of Syc. The road to the valley in the north and south passes through narrow valleys, and from the east and west of the rock curled,

creating natural walls that rise to 60m! Another great center of the Western civilization was Heigra. Peter was chosen in 2007 by one of the new seven wonders of the world.
History
Peter was placed at the crossroads of the two most important trade routes: one connected the Red Sea with Damascus, the other was the Persian Gulf with Gaza at the coast of the Mediterranean. During the ages of travellers traveling from doodling, driven by precious lines (their price in Europe and India was different hundreds of times), weeks had to be bold to carry the harsh conditions of the Arravian desert, and when they saw cool with narrow concrete Sook, their hearts were filled with joy, because front was long Peter, where we could find food, the roof over the head and the main water was dry water.
Hundreds of years thanks to Peter’s trade was one of the richest cities in Jordan. But when the Romans opened the seaways to the East, the dry trade carried on, and Peter gradually descended, lost in sand. The interesting buildings of the Peter were built in different era and on the board of different hair, including Idumeia (18-2 century. BCE, so do the cuddle (2 BCE.), Romans (106- 395), Byzantines and even Arabs. In the 19th century, they owned the Crusaders.
The first of the Europeans of the new time Peter saw and described to the doorman Johann Ludwig Burkhardt.
Next to an ancient theater here, you can see the building of the Ehome era or the invaders. There are no monuments after the VI century. Almost there, because in that age, the city has already lost its value.
Modern situation

There are about a half a million tourists coming to Jordan every year to look at the Peter, who’s shown about her glorious past. If you walk through the cool canyon of Sook, the Treasury will open a great building with a favasas carved out of a giant rock. This is one of the best saved buildings in the first century. I’m going to build a huge urn from a stone in which, behind legend, the gold and jewels were preserved, and that’s where the name “Scarlet” comes from. If you go on, you’ll see that the canyon gradually expands and becomes a natural amphitheater, which has many caves in it. But the main thing that falls in the eye is the scumbags in the vaults. The colonnade and the amphitheater show the Roman presence of the city in the first and second centuries. The Troublens offer a uttonian tourists to go to the camel, sell souvenir, and pour their old goats in the city sources, waters that feed people and animals.

Building

The people of the peta have perfected their art of stone work. The title “Peter” itself means “rock.” And it was really a city of stone, the only city of the Roman Empire. Polyakea who built the city, with heavy-duty houses, vaults and temples with stone bridles. Peter had quietly placed among the red sands, which were well suited for construction, and by the first century CE the era in the desert heart grew this great city. Peter’s architects created a very complex water supply system (there were 200 water tanks in the city, and also through the terrestrial pipe, you could get water from even 25 kilometers away), which is why, despite the dishwasher, the Peters were always drinking water.
The famous brave-mausoleum of Elbaut, behind the plans of architects, was supposed to be in the earlier stream. In order to make this building even changed by the river that was at the time very difficult to make! There was a crossover tunnel in the rock (where they sent the river and built a whole series of Greeks.

Elt-Hart is a famous rock temple-mausoleum, “The Pharaoh Treasure,” they call it Arabs.
The Mausoleum was created around the 20th century — perhaps in the honor of the emperor Hadrian, who was at that time visiting Syria. The destination of buildings was not found at the end, some scholars suggest that this was originally the temple of goddess Isis, because many of the characteristics of the monument are saying that maybe it was constructed by masters, familiar with the techniques of the building of Alexandria.
The Mausoleum of El Ghon is an example of the extraordinary skill of the ancient architects and the colonists. It’s not yet clear how we could have done so exact calculations!
The enormous surface of the rock was literally stosatin. But it was necessary to build special strippers while they were only made of trees, but as we know them, they are not there! When you had no forest, you could use the inequality that was built on a rock naturally, as you walk down the stairs. In this case and the catheter, and the carver began from the top, by cutting down the first degree, and then going down lower and lower. Because one thing is to create a future building, standing on construction scaffolding, and quite another thing to do is to do the same thing by touching the chasm!
According to legend, from the word Ela-Beutu, the word “Who.” There’s actually no direct connection between these words. Al-Harbot literally means “vault” from “hazana” — stockpiling, save. The Russian word “fabulous” was borrowed from the 13th century with a canvas language.
Paris City
Petos takes up quite a large area. From the center and to the outskirts, it reaches several kilometers.
The main street that stretched from east to west through all the city was paved at the time of Roman rule. And on either side of it, you have a great colonnade. The outer end of the street ends in a great temple, and the eastern end of the triumphal arch.
EdD Der is a godforsaken house on top of the rock monastery — an enormous house wide about 50 meters and high over 45 meters! This church has been served for a while by a Christian church because there is a carving of the cross on his walls. Later, after the researchers dug the underground passage under the monastery, they found an amplifier for one of the suburban kings.
Cultulogical Research
Conduit
Herman Weiss in his book, “History of Culture: Cosmo. Beautiful. Exhibition. Armed. Temple and dwelling. The usual and the luck of it is that we think about the architectural style that we see as follows:

In the age of the decline of Roman imagination, it was rejected by all the laws of architecture, and by the fashion of writing, it became to create buildings that seemed to be made out of soft material, rather than solid stone. An example of such an architectural contribution can serve some of the favelas of Peter.
Desert Water
Every annual level of rainfall in petri is only about 15 centimeters. To keep the water, the locals were draining the channels and reservoirs right in the rocks!
Peter’s in culture
Peter’s natural and architectural unique, not once attracted to the cinema. These were movies like
“Sundabad and the eye of a tiger” (1977, repeat,
Indiana Jones and the last Crusade,
“Death Fighting 2: Expulsion” (1997, John Leonotte),
“Punishment in the desert” (1998, sir.) Lavinia Kurur),
“Arab nights” (2000, repeat,
“Transformers, Vengeance of Lost” (2009, Michael Bay).
“To live life,” (Brazil, 2009, repeat.).

And… a little bit more of yourself

the stream belongs to the Kingdom of Jordan, most of which lie in the desert. But 2,000 centuries ago, on the south side of the country, there were flowering gardens. In the 4th century B.C., this is where they founded their nation. The Ottoman Kingdom was the most powerful of all time. Great temples, water extraction in the desert, saving and irrigation systems — this is an incomplete list of inventions. The tribes that identified the invaders had them for their masks.

Set or Peter, the capital of the mighty kingdom, was on the Great Silk Road. There was an execution on the trading and tested soap.

the city is like a bowl of rock. It could only happen through a narrow range of width 4 meters, height, to 100m.

Most buildings are in the rocks. And architecture is fascinating to modern people.

The harbor, the vault, is the most remarkable monument. For her creation, the stassino surface of the rock was enormous. The columns are not supported, but are now standing. There are no buildings behind the favelas, but a hell of a cave, an amplifier for the king.

There’s a Christian monastery here, riddled in the rock, above 45 meters.

You can’t say anything. Curiosity about Petra isn’t going down over time. archeologists work here all the time. There’s no turning of tourists.

The Troublens are very protective of their great Peter.
